dhw provides multiple home watch service inspection options to assist you in protecting and maintaining your investment providing peace of mind while you are away.
In addition to our Standard Services, Diligent Home Watch provides Custom Services. Tell us your concerns and we will create a custom service to fit your special needs.
If something happens while you are away, Diligent Home Watch can act as your local contact for such immediate concerns and can make local decisions for you with your guidance.
Our Welcome Home Service allows you to know the temperature and condition of your property is as it should be and there are refreshments in the
refrigerator waiting.
dhw‘s Standard Service inspection package is second to none. With Diligent Home Watch, you can find peace of mind by letting our home watch inspectors be your eyes and ears while you are away. Our inspectors are extremely thorough while checking both inside and outside making certain that everything is as it should be. They look for leaks, pests, mold and other obvious issues which can be present in homes left alone for even the shortest interval. They monitor your home’s environmental settings and appearance making sure your home is at the temperature you choose. Nothing lasts forever and so we have to be prepared for when those events do occur.
Each Standard home watch inspection includes:
- Run all faucets and showers
- Flush all toilets
- Check inside and out for water leaks
- Visually check for signs of insects and rodents
- Perform visual inspection inside and outside for any damage or irregularities
- Visually inspect landscape, bushes, trees, grass and plants for damage
- Check refrigerator and wine coolers for operation
- Remove unwanted flyers and newspapers from premise and mailbox
- Monitor interior temperature
- Visual check of all doors, windows and locks
- Check hot water for leaks and proper setting
- A COMPLETE REPORT IS EMAILED TO THE HOMEOWNER after each inspection.
In addition to our list of Standard Services, Diligent Home Watch offers Custom Services that are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. Pricing for our additional Custom Services is negotiable depending upon your needs.
Diligent Home Watch can act as your local contact for such immediate concerns as alarm, fire/police, neighborhood associations, deliveries etc. – a liaison to you. Someone to make local decisions for you in your absence.
Some current custom services include:
- Watering indoor and /or outdoor plants
- Start and drive vehicles
- Check and maintain water levels in golf cart batteries
- Test smoke alarms and change batteries if needed
